While in Canberra this week, I was honored to accept an invitation to attend the 4-Year Anniversary Rally of Myanmar’s Spring Revolution—a powerful gathering marking four years since the people of Myanmar took a stand against military rule, demanding democracy, justice, and human rights.
The resilience and determination of the Myanmar community continue to inspire as they fight for freedom and self-determination. During my speech, I reaffirmed Australia’s unwavering commitment to democracy and human rights, standing in solidarity with those who continue this courageous struggle.
