At the press conference, we discussed a range of issues including the impact of Labor’s Cost of Living crisis on the people of Ipswich. As I said during the press conference, the cost of the average mortgage in Ipswich has gone up over $15,000 a year in Ipswich under Labor!
This was the first opportunity for Carl to do a press conference since his preselection on Sunday. Carl and his family have lived in Ipswich for 36 or so years. Carl knows the people of the Ipswich and Somerset regions. Carl has an outstanding record of community engagement, including helping people in need in Ipswich through the charity Catalyst Care which he founded. Catalyst Care has provided food parcels, flood relief and financial literacy programmes to the people of Ipswich.
Carl Mutzelburg is an outstanding Ipswich community champion!
I’m pictured here with Ipswich Mayor Teresa Harding CEO of Conetix Jamin Andrews, and LNP Candidate for Blair Carl Mutzelburg after this morning’s Press Conference, alongside Peter Dutton.
