Calls by Opposition Senator Paul Scarr for the Australian Government to match $20 million dollars in state funding for upgrades to the Brisbane Valley Highway, has left Blair MP Shayne Neumann scratching his head, with funds from a South-East Queensland City Deal signed off back in March 2022.
