While in Melbourne today, I had the privilege to meet with the Multicultural Youth Advocacy Network Australia.
The Multicultural Youth Advocacy Network Australia (MYAN) is the national peak body representing the rights and interests of multicultural young people.
I had the chance to briefly meet with some of the young leaders from MYAN in Canberra recently, where they held their biennial national youth leadership summit.
The summit aimed to empower young people to build meaningful relationships, engage in advocacy, and become changemakers in their own communities.
I was incredibly impressed by the insight and thought put into a range of policy proposals.
