Multicultural Community Centre

This morning was the Multicultural Community Centre’s annual graduation ceremony, celebrating the achievements of this year’s graduates.

Among those recognised were Janet and Betty, originally from Papua New Guinea, who were among the many graduates completing training and work-skills programs.

The event was also an opportunity to recognise an extraordinary milestone, with Jeannie Mok OAM announcing she is stepping down after 28 years as CEO and founder of MCC.

While stepping down from the role, Jeannie will continue to be actively involved with the organisation and the communities it serves.

Thank you, Jeannie, for your outstanding service, leadership and dedication over nearly three decades.

Through your vision and commitment, MCC has transformed countless lives and created opportunities for people from all backgrounds to thrive. Thank you for everything you have done, and for everything you will continue to do for our multicultural communities.

As MCC says: “Transforming lives and changing destinies.”
