This afternoon, I attended the MCC Multicultural Soccer Tournament in Brisbane.
Through its ongoing soccer program, MCC has played an important role in engaging refugee and migrant youth over many years, using sport as a powerful way to build confidence, connection, and community.
It was a pleasure to join the awards ceremony and recognise the important role organisations like MCC play in supporting refugee youth and strengthening our multicultural community.
