Today, I visited Sacred Heart School in Booval to present them with new Australian, Aboriginal, and Torres Strait Islander Flags.
It was fantastic to present these flags to 2026 School Captains Autumn and Ethan. I want to thank their Principal Nathan Haley and all the students for the warm welcome.
Together, these three flags represent our shared story, uniting Australia’s democratic national identity, the deep spiritual connection of Aboriginal people to the land, and the rich culture of the Torres Strait Islander people.
