I was privileged to join Ipswich RSL this morning for a moving service attended by local veterans, their families, and students from nearby schools, each generation united in respect and gratitude. On Remembrance Day, we pause to honour all Australians who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation. It’s a time to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy today and the courage of those who served and sacrificed to protect them.
