I joined the Leader of the Opposition on Sunday in Melbourne at one of Victoria’s most vibrant cultural celebrations — the Oakleigh Glendi Greek Festival! From traditional music and dancing to incredible food and community spirit, the festival showcased the richness of our Greek-Australian heritage and the strength of multicultural Australia. It was a privilege to lay a wreath in honour of the contributions of Greek Australians to our shared national story — a moment of reflection and respect amid the festivities. Thank you to the organisers, volunteers, and everyone who came out to celebrate unity, culture, and connection. It was great to spend time with you all before another busy week in Canberra.
